Founder President Board of Governors Gulf Medical University was conferred with the prestigious “Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education” at the World Chancellors Congress 2014 held in Mumbai. The award ceremony was attended by over 300 leaders including Chancellors, Vice Chancellors and eminent educationists, academicians and policy makers from various leading universities from all over the world, including UK, Ireland, Africa, Malaysia and Papua New Guinea.

The session was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor of NMIMS Mumbai, India.

The World Vice Chancellors Congress had a rendezvous in which participants discussed Evolving Trends in Education. The congress examined modern as well as traditional knowledge system.
