The award was presented during the 6th Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards held in Dubai as part of 9th Annual Human Asset Expansion Summit MENA 2014 held on 14th-15th May 2014.

The precise criteria for this award category was effective employee onboarding, ongoing training and development, coaching, mentoring, assessing and developing leadership capabilities, monitoring and measuring talent management, designing effective compensation and recognition system within the organization. His Excellency Dr. Omar A Al Nuaimi, Assistant Under Secretary of Policies and Strategies Ministry of Labour UAE presented the awards.
